Return Policy and Refunds

Last updated [UDFYLD: dato]. This page explains when you can cancel a purchase, when you cannot, and how to get a refund.

The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers — that is, when you buy for personal use. If you buy as a business, you have no right of withdrawal unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

As a consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase, starting from the day you receive your license. If the last day falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, the deadline extends to the next business day.

Licenses are digital content not supplied on a physical medium. According to the Consumer Contracts Act §18(2), no. 13, the right of withdrawal is lost when all three conditions are met:

• you have given explicit prior consent to start delivery before the withdrawal period expires,
• you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and
• we have sent you a confirmation of your consent on a durable medium — practically your order confirmation by email.

You tick the consent box at checkout before paying. If you do not tick the box, we cannot deliver the license immediately, and you keep the full 14 days.

Send us a clear message that you wish to withdraw before the deadline expires. Write to [UDFYLD: e-mail] with your order number. You can use the standard withdrawal form below, but you are not obliged to do so.

This form is to be filled out and returned only if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

If you cancel within the allowed period, we will refund the full amount promptly and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We use the same payment method you paid with unless you explicitly agree otherwise with us. There are no fees for you.

At the same time, we will block the license key and your access to updates and support.

A complaint is not the same as cancellation. If the plugin does not work as described, you as a consumer have a 2-year warranty period — even after the cancellation deadline has passed. See the defects section in our terms and conditions.

If we disagree, you as a consumer can file a complaint with the Mediation Board for Consumer Complaints and subsequently the Consumer Complaints Board via naevneneshus.dk. The price generally must be between DKK 1,220 and DKK 100,000.
